Manifested desires are invitations for us to step up and expand

Life path, Manifestation, The Self

Sometimes I have this bad habit of being afraid of the desires I have just manifested. I would feel that I don’t have what it takes to accept them in my life. I would feel unworthy. I would feel incapable. My ego would nag me constantly and tell me that I would just waste them. I won’t be able to handle them at all, that it’s best if someone else have them instead of me.

While I don’t know where all these nonsense come from, I know that it’s not in my best interest if I let them control me. For sure it’s common to have these self-defeating thought patterns, and for sure many of us, have believed in them at one point or another. The mere fact that this is common made me realize that maybe there is truth in them.

When our egos tell us that we couldn’t handle the good thing that has manifested in our life, it shows that our egos are afraid of being forced to change. For our egos change means death, and there is truth in it.

When we decide to move forward and embrace change, our old selves would have to die. But what we usually miss or forget is that many times we couldn’t possibly move forward with change if we don’t let ourselves die first. This is terrifying for our egos.

Therefore, manifested desires are not just there to make us happy but they are there to invite us to step up and face who we are becoming, and who we will become if we take the challenge.

If we let our fears control us and we feel afraid of our own manifested desires, we would also be saying no to our own expansion, which is what our higher selves really want to begin with.

We have to trust our own process of expansion. We create our own paths and we create all the opportunities for growth that we are faced with. We are leading our own way. Therefore, all the opportunities for expansion are for our own good. Our highest selves know all about this. If we want to dispel any confusion, we should get in touch with our spirit. If something is good for our spirit, it is something that the Universe has supported and orchestrated to happen. We should trust it. We are not capable of seeing the entire picture in our material existence on Earth. We have to trust the Universe because it knows everything about us and all that is.

Our manifested desires invite us to step up to who we really are. We should accept the challenge and enjoy the gifts they have brought us.

Shift our lives and maintain balance with the power of Focus

The Self

I am at a point in my life now where I can say, I am centered. I am fully contented with who I am, who I am with, where I am, what I am doing and what I have. This doesn’t mean that I have no more desires to go further, experience more and have more.

It only means that I know that where I am is where I should be. I am in the right path, therefore, I am moving in the right direction. I am in alignment with my truth.

It hasn’t always been like this. A few years ago, (not very long, actually) my life was in chaos because I was disconnected with myself. I wasn’t listening to my spirit. I was going after things that I really didn’t want but believed that I should be wanting because others have expected me to do so. While it’s true that by doing that I have learned a lot and I have expanded massively as well, it also burned me out.

When we are not following the desires of our heart according to our natural gifts, whatever we do won’t give us the joy that we deserve.

We can do amazing things, achieve amazing milestones, give so much in the name of service, but if these things are not in tuned with our truths, we are gonna burn ourselves out eventually. We are also gonna attract experiences and people that are not really meant for us. Overall this would make us feel more and more disconnected with ourselves. We would feel like the life we have created is not the life that we wanted. We would feel trapped and lost.

I would say that Focus has helped me a lot in shifting my life in the direction that I wanted it to be. Focus meant that I would have to exclude EVERYTHING that didn’t resonate with who I was and who I wanna become.

This meant abandoning jobs, projects, relationships, habits that didn’t support me on this journey. I had to constantly say No to many things and people in my life that I thought were meant for me but really weren’t. Eventually by continuously doing this my path cleared up. I had more clarity on who I was and what I really wanted, what really gave me joy.

If the first step was about weeding out my life experience, my next step was to use the power of Focus in going forward in my path which has just recently been clarified and is continuously getting more clear.

I chose the options that while may not be the easiest ones to take, I was sure that they would move me forward in the direction that I wanted to go. Both gradually and suddenly, the right opportunities came to me. I have invited them to my life because I decided to have an open attitude. I constantly asked myself, “What if I don’t limit myself with my fears? What if I keep on saying yes to life?”. If I didn’t have this open attitude, opportunities would come and I would have just let them go. If I let my fears and self-doubt get in the way, I would not have even believed that these opportunities really came for me. I would have looked the other way. I would have denied them. I would have pushed them away.

And that’s when the magic happens. When we are clear with what we want and we are open to receiving them, manifestation would simply become a normal, conscious aspect of our life. It’s not only that we get what we want but the things that we don’t want gradually disappear for as long as we maintain our alignment with our truth.

Now I feel constantly supported. All the assistance that I need come to me at the right time and in the best ways. I get better in recognizing these unlimited kinds of assistance, too. Exciting things started happening. I continuously meet people who are kind and helpful, who see me and value me and what I offer. While there are definitely still times when I feel low, I wouldn’t sink now no matter how low I get. With the help from the Universe and all the beings who support me, I am able to keep myself afloat now no matter how strong the storms in my life happen to be. The storm passes faster now as well.

The third step would be is to maintain our status of being in alignment with ourselves through, again, the power of our Focus. What we focus on grows. We perceive and experience more of it. If we keep our focus on the things that we want in our lives, we will get more of them.

On a daily basis, I focus on all the help, the yes-es that I’m getting. I focus on magic, I focus on miracles. I focus on the subtleties of life. I focus on what I don’t see but what I know to be true. I focus on kindness, I focus on beauty. I focus on what’s healing. I focus on freedom. I focus on what’s good, in all the things I am grateful for. I focus on the fact that I am always taken care of. I focus on the fact that all is well.

I slip out of peace, of course, and move into the shadows of fear, from time to time. But when I shift myself from a place of fear to a place of gratitude and being one with Spirit, I am able to bring my center back. It’s amazing how feeling grateful can take us to a higher place.

I would say that Focus is really our anchor to Spirit. Let our seeking through the power of focus guide us to where we wanna be; where there is peace, love and joy, to where all our desires collide.

What I have learned about the process of Manifestation

Manifestation, The Self

Manifestation is the externalization of our own process of mastering our power as co-creators. The attainment of goals and the creation of objects, relationships, events are definitely important with regards to the evolution of life.

However, there is something more important than all these material outcomes – Us.

How we grow as souls is the point of this entire experience of manifestation. We understand the laws of the Universe more, we understand ourselves more when we are in the process of creating outcomes. We learn more about motivation, focus, discernment, discipline, surrender and gratitude. We learn about clearing our blocks. We learn about forgiveness. We learn about letting go. We learn about taking chances, we learn about starting again, we learn about moving forward. We are able to deepen our connection with Spirit.

When we want to maneuver our lives into a different direction, when we want to materialize a major change or outcome, the first thing we need to do is to be clear with what we want.

We desire many things, and sometimes they’re in conflict with each other. Sometimes we get overwhelmed, too. We don’t always know how to prioritize.

One way to be clear with our course is by looking into our hearts and looking into our lives. When we take an honest look into our own life, we would sense the areas that are lighter, areas that seem to open up more or are already open for us to explore and develop. These are areas where we have more clarity on. It would be wise to focus on these things first instead of struggling with the others. Manifested outcomes develop in their own time.

It’s important not to get impatient, but learn how to be humble and surrender to divine timing. We must understand that divine timing is actually working for us and not against us.

It is making our journey lighter (less challenging but equally enlightening) and more enjoyable. The Universe doesn’t want us to suffer. We won’t suffer if we surrender.

The next thing we should do is to state what we want. Dream on! We should allow ourselves to want what we want. We should allow ourselves to relish the fullness of our desires.

After that comes the need to shift our attitude.

Instead of coming from a place of doubt, we should learn how to come from a place of faith and a sense of excitement. Instead of doubting each and every decision we make, we should have the openness to take chances and say “Yes”.

These yes-es will eventually lead us to the manifestation of our desire. It is important to keep our focus in the present so we don’t miss the signs and the clues given to us along the way. Oftentimes when we are so focused on the future outcomes that we get distracted, we lose the sharpness of our senses and we make decisions that are not in alignment with our truth.

While doing all of these, we gotta keep working on ourselves. We need all the energy that we have in manifesting a major change. Therefore, we gotta let go of each and every thing that does not support our development in the direction that we want.

Lastly, when we have manifested our desires, we gotta take the time to acknowledge it and savor it fully! We gotta reflect on the entire process, the things we have learned from it and how it has changed us.

We gotta regroup with our own spirit and all those who have helped us. We need to realize how everything is interrelated – how we are all taken care of.

We would know that the process of manifestation has come full circle once we find ourselves in a place of more faith and more openness to life, knowing that nothing is really impossible. The process of manifestation is more than just getting, it’s actually more about becoming.

On Certainty

Faith, Meditation/Visions, The Self

I have always been an anxious person. Worrying about pretty much everything has been my twisted way of trying to control events in my life.

One day, as I was keeping my head above water, trying to float above my fears, I had an insight during meditation –

The Universe told me that in times of fear, instead of struggling our way to the surface of the ocean, sometimes, the best thing we could do is to actually let go and let ourselves sink under the water until we reach the ocean bed.

Underneath the chaos and uncertainty of the waves, lies calm and stability.

In the deepest depths of the ocean, lies certainty.

In the deepest parts of our hearts, we can always find the peace and the certainty that we need. The challenge for us is to find that certainty that’s already in our lives, that has always been.

More encounters with Animal Guides

Meditation/Visions, The Self

I’ve been meeting more and more animals during meditation. Yesterday, I did a past life regression meditation and it was a joyful surprise when I met a triceratops family and a two-headed dragon.

I saw myself as a little girl, probably around eight, wearing pajamas and bedroom slippers. I was in this magical place. It was dark and cloudy night and I was about to cross a bridge going to a castle. There was nothing else within the area.

I knocked on the door and a little triceratops welcomed me. She seemed to be the same age as mine. She hurriedly took me to the dining table where I saw all the other extinct and mythical animals. They were all chatting, laughing and eating. The little triceratops took my hand and we went into her room. She gave me a bracelet with a pendant that looked like an egg or an opal.

After that, I saw myself outside the castle with the very huge female triceratops (the mother of the little one) and the two-headed dragon. They said that they have raised me in magic and that I was finally ready to go out into the world on my own. They said that I should always believe in magic and that I should actively look for it everywhere, and if I happen to lose the belief, I should just look back to them and they’ll help me remember.

It was so amazing to be standing beside those gigantic and gentle creatures!

This morning, I decided to meditation with the intention of connecting with the energy of the triceratops to learn more about them and their relevance in my life. However, what I saw was different. I saw a herd of female elephants playing in the river in the middle of a rainforest! There was this particular female elephant who played with me. She would swing me up in the air using her strong trunk. She was laughing! Her energy was so light and joyful. I asked her why she appeared to me in that meditation.

She said that I should know what really mattered to me, that I should keep on doing the things that brought me joy. She said that what really mattered to her was her family, health, nature and playtime.

I remembered the moment when I hugged a mature elephant in Cambodia. I felt so happy! They’re so unbelievably huge but they have this gentle presence in them. I felt safe with them. I felt like they could see through me, like they could feel my emotions and know the kind of person I was.

These encounters with animals have been such a huge comfort to me. They give me so much wisdom and love. They help me to connect deeper with myself, and likewise, with the entirety of the Universe. They help me soar and keep me grounded at the same time.
